Where are you located and who can you see?

Prime Psychv VA offers 100% telehealth therapy. This means that as long as you are physically located in the state of Virginia, we can work together. We are located in the Greater Richmond Area and most clients reside in:

• Richmond

• Chesterfield

• Henrico

• Hanover

• Colonial Heights

• Petersburg

• Dinwiddie

• Prince George

• Hopewell

If you are a permanent/semi-permanent resident of Virginia and will be physically located in a different state during our appointment time, Dr. Rose is able to complete appointments through PsyPact in the following states: https://psypact.org/mpage/psypactmap. Clients who are permanently located in a PsyPact state will be considered on a case by case basis.

Please note that Jennifer Prewitt is only allowed to see clients who are physically located in the state of Virginia

What can I expect after I reach out?

After filling out a contact form, expect an email or phone call within the next 1-3 business days from our office manager. We will set up a time to talk (potentially during this initial conversation) to discuss goals of therapy and availability for appointments. Prime Psych VA will collect basic demographic and insurance information. We will then email you a link to your TherapyPortal account. Your TherapyPortal account will allow you to sign registration forms, view documents, contact your therapist directly, and connect to our HIPPA-compliant telehealth platform.
